Default How to contact Carlton Epps?

I can't seem to send any emails to RCpro. I have been filling out the form to request permanent car numbers. I keep getting a message that says the "mail client is not installed" Anyone know how to get a hold of someone on the site? Thanx for any help.

Are you using the form on the website or are you using an old email address? I just tested it to be sure there wasn't a problem with it. Shows to be working fine. I know some of the requests we get that we try to reply to get kicked back on us could be yours is one of those?
Email me at [email protected]

Carlton
BTW there is a list of contacts on the contact page are you trying to use one of those if so which one so I can check it.

Actually I have tried both ways. I have been trying at least once a day. lol. Probably something I'm doing wrong. I use the online form at the bottom of the Permanent Numbers FAQ page and when that doesn't work, I go to the contacts page and try Carlton first. Then I try everyone on the page and all the links give a pop-up saying something about "client server not properly installed." Is this something from the computers I use? I have tried several computers from different locations. I dunno.

Hmmm not sure what is happening there. We get plenty of requests through the permanent number page form and the other emails are getting mail. PM me your email address and I'll email you to see if it goes through.

Just thought of something! Our web mail is done through Google have you ever had trouble emailing someone with a gmail account? It may have something to do with your email settings.

OK carlton, you got PM. I appreciate the help. I hope it's not something I'm doing wrong. If I am, I guess I'm used to it.
