BETTER??? How in the world could it jump better??? LOL. Just kidding. That's interesting to know though.

At a few tracks last year I kind of tried to get the car to not jump so high and far. Weird huh? Some of the jumps just weren't big enough to warrant the excellent jumping skills of the 8. But on other parts of those tracks the car was perfect to me.

Quick question

Where we race the most popular tire is the Panther Gator

Which are the equivalent in Losi tires?

Thanks

Try the new Losi Eclipse tire when it comes out, at Nitro Challenge a lot of people ran Gators (myself included) while the Factory Losi guys ran the new Eclipse tire and it looked really good.

I have roasted the center differential. It got hot and spun the gear and shafts through the housing. Horizon and Amain do not have the beefed up Losi cups. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to resolve this issue. You may want to get spindles. I landed wrong and broke where the steering arm is. I heard that sportwerks may have a diff cup that will work with the 8ight.

How long have you been running your current center diff for? Just get a regular one for now if you need to get it together for racing. The stock one's should last a while.

The setups on Losi's website are really all the setups people run. www.rcsetups.com has a much bigger selection but they are mostly slight variations of the ones you'll find on Losi's site.

Here is a link to my current setup. It is a bit different from THE team guys. It is fairly easy for me to drive. To me it has really good steering and easy to push.

This is perhaps somewhat off-topic, but does anyone knowe if the RC8's air filter & boot will fit on the 8ight without interfering with the body?
