I wouldn't know any more than you, But what were you hoping for exactly ??
They MIGHT release "DRAKE" edition. I remember when i used to race buggies they often done that sort of thing awhile after releasing the std. kit. But even he races it virtually std. if you can believe the web... So i'm unsure why they bother ??
Anyone know any more ??

Since they have gone corporate it might not be in their cards to do the sig editions of the past.
I have heard nothing in the way of updates other than their parts releases they have been doing. These are just make since parts that allow for more adjustability.
It amazes me how little has to really be done and how well the base setups work in so many different places.

Im not to clued up on the LiPo batteries yet, is there any problems running 7.4 volts through the reciever and servo`s? I always thought they had to be run at 6 volts, is there a regulator needed etc.? I realise a cutoff device of some sort would be needed as well....

Thanks ridgewaybodies for your post and pictures, I see that your regulator is inside the receiver box as well, but I have been told to place mine where it gets some air.

Advice
Mine is in the receiver box surrounded by all the cables from the servos, etc.

If you have had any problems with the outer steering rod ends popping off, I have found you can buy a new set of steering balls and use the inner balls with the hole through it on the outside also. Then use a 5-40 flat head through the ball and the rod end wont go over the screw. It is more of a problem on the truggy but it has happened on the buggy once or twice.
On a really blown out track try going back to the 3-2 plate, it seems to help.
Tex, are you the guy that came up to Minneapolis a couple years ago to race indoor offroad?
