Aaron- I was wondering if you could help me get a handle on some more staight line accleration. Other than the lacking of that my car is AMAZING! I was wondering what diff oil combination would allow the car to shoot out of the corner like a bullet. The reason I am asking is this last weekend I went to a pretty big race and I was able to hang with everyone but it just seemed as if my straight line acceleration was lacking. I am running 3-5-1 in my diffs and love the way it feels but I think that might be the reason I was getting pulled out of corners. Would 5-7-3 be a better setup for that? Thanks

i would say the diff has a little to do with it, but it could also be your clutch setup. that would make a difference also.

would someone try to help me out here

so i cant get over how im blowing up servos left and right. this weekend i blew up another and its my 8th one. getting old fast. i've set up all my epa's. shorten my spring and what not. done pretty much everything and had some other losi 8 drivers look at it and cant figure it out.

i love losi's car to death but just not sure about the servo issue. i noticed or at least havent heard anything bad about the losi 8t killing servo's? so im thinking about making the switch but am i wrong?

could someone help me out please.

thanks ethan

You're right Ethan, this servo issue is a total mystery. You must've just got a bad buggy. Tell you what, I'll give you $100 for yours today.

Use the Search Feature to learn how to properly set up your throttle linkage. And get a good servo.

if your linkages are already straightened out, did you try putting an o-ring underneath the rear part of the radio tray?

Also make sure your carb itself is not binding. I might have ruined another servo yesterday because of that. It was fine all day, but in the main It seemed like my throttle was glitching but not the steering. It is not my setup, but a bad carb on my WS7 II. 2 weeks ago I couldnt even open it by hand with the carb out of the vehicle. Odd how it was fine for 2 hours.... I even oiled it to make sure.
