I lament their continued use of locknuts and threaded bolts on the A/B/C/D blocks; everytime I'd need to open the diff case my suspension would just fall apart on the D812. Come on, HB: captured hinge pins and quick-access diffs are industry standards and you're behind the curve. Shame too, because they have pretty good handling.

Mayako was using captured and just went to the hingepin with a nut like HB uses.

The C-hubs look interesting.... I wonder why they did that. I hope it's strong enough.

For me, they seem influenced by the Mingyang MY1 car geometry.. who is also a HB D8 upgrade
and is driving really great ..

It's a smart C-hub system .. good and simple guidance of the C-hubs and super strong
Mingyang being the producing factory for HB, and the first D8 car being their design, I wonder what is their input in the end ...

The front of the D8T truggy , who uses the same hubs all over ..
