Thanks for your reply. I did order some spare parts and optional parts from A main, Kyosho America, Ebay and my local hobby shop. My local hobby shop goes through HRP so for some reason he can't get everything I need. He also goes through A Amain but he can't get any Kysoho parts from them.

I want to get the optional front aluminum hub carriers. I see they have 17.5, 19 and 22 degree options. I live in Illinois and we probably race at some of the same tracks, like Thunder Road Hobbies etc.

Which degree aluminum hubs would you suggest I get for the best setup?

Thanks

haven't made it down to thunder road this year but it is on my list to make 1 of those races. i would run the 17.5 deg hubs.. wade or ben can also probably give you help as they run at thunder a lot. but 175. will let you choose from 16.5-18.5 for caster which is good at a lot of the local midwest tracks.

Fyi ...Tworks makes a pack of inserts that go all the way to 3deg in .5deg increments... so I would definitely buy the 17.5 s and then the pack of inserts for 14.5-20.5 degrees of possibilities LoL

Just getting back into racing since covid opening up. What's everyone running in the shocks with the 1.5x5 pistons?..our track is small, loose and bumpy. I normally run the 1.3x8 but wanna try the 1.5x5 instead.
Thanks in advance

just switched to the 1.5x5’s in my MP10. I definitely prefer the way they feel compared to the 1-3x8’s. The car tends to have that “absorbing” feel over the rough stuff and landing from jumps.

Currently running 600 front and 450 rear, race down in Florida on mostly packed clay tracks that take on a lot of pitting as race day progresses.
