What classes does everybody run?

What classes does everybody run?
This seems like a pretty cut and dried title, but I have a reason for asking
Back a couple months ago I got an idea while on a discussion and had a thought. It's been a while since there was a database of RC tracks for offroad (I don't want to go too far into the weeds with onroad and oval right now but those may come later, I posted a similar thread on the electric offroad section). I believe someone had said that with tracks opening and closing often, it is a challenge.
That said, I thought it was a challenge I still thought I would undertake and thought I would ask, for offroad racing, what classes does everyone run? I want to make sure that I don't include too many but not miss any that are run regularly.

Nitro!
Hello from Wichita Kansas. Nitro buggy is big here. E buggy is next. 4x4 act have been very popular but declined last year although there's still up to half dozen on a good raceday. I run nitro truggy with 5 or 6 others. If the turnout for nitro or e truggy is small, we just run them together. We're starting 4x4 1/10 truggy this year and it looks promising . We always have a novice class that is "run what you brung". I race my Losi 3.0. LOVE IT! Tough truck, very responsive and parts are everywhere. I need to update my signature.lol

Thanks for the insight, im compiling the classes into a list on a Word document right now. Hopefully I can start on putting a skeleton together in Access or something as I recover from ankle surgery (i do need a JRE though so i may look for some help with that as well) and hopefully once I'm recovered i can start looking into website building and coding

Here in the southeast (Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas), they are 1/8 buggy and truggy crazy. Electric and Nitro. They will have 3, sometimes 4, classes dedicated to each class.. also nitro and electric. So between that, a race day will contain 12 or 16 individual classes of just buggy and truggy in electric and nitro. Gotta have a Sportsman, Open, Pro, and 40+ class with each type. The only 1/10 big events you will find is if you like 4x4 sct, but even then sometimes you are out of luck. Next popular would be 1/10 4wd buggy and truggy. If you are a 2wd fan like me, you are out of luck unless you find the random club track that has enough people still running them. Next best bet is to convince everyone you are a kid and enter the Future Pros class that is typically 2wd sct. Forget any big events for that.

That's kinda what this project is about wolf. The goal is to create a site/database that will allow people who are looking for a place to run 1/8 buggy or truggy to be able to isolate the parameters they are looking for and find tracks to run at in their home state or even if they are traveling/moving
