GrandIsland Off-road Track Is Closed!

Please check out MRO off road in Lincoln and Hobbyplex in Omaha for off road racing in Nebraska. Thank you racers that supported GrandIsland for the years we had.

For anyone who would like to run the off road we recomend 1/10 short corse trucks but our track can accommodate 1/10 and 1/8 vehicles.

I'm very excited to run off road this year! Got my rc10b6d and put in some practice during the fall. I met a couple of new guys from Hastings when I was practicing that were looking at racing short course next year.

Next scheduled race is Saturday 7-8-17. Oval only. Wednesday 7-12-17 will be oval and off road. Everyone is welcome to join us for some fun racing.

O.K., found an overhead of the track of Google Earth. Looks great. My plans are to re-locate next year. Probably North Platte; possibly Scottsbluff. Either way, Grand Island is not that far down the road.

Won't race. Just run the track. Finishing vintage re-builds on two RC10GT nitro trucks. Looks like a good place to run 'em.

Sounds good. Bring them down and have some fun. Just keep an eye on the schedule. The track usually gets locked up the day before a race due to work that was done in preparation for the next days race. If you have any questions feel free to ask here or send me a message.
