ok cool. I think i'm goign to do some recon on the 1s esc and if it isnt a sure thing I'll just get a 2s esc and run a receiver pack. No biggie. Just wanted to eliminate some more wires. Thank you!

A 1s ESC is fine if it has the booster built-in. There are also ESCs available that will function from 1s, but don't have a booster built-in. You'll need to read the fine print before you buy.

the 1S controll is ok if it's not in boost for all classes, except VTA

I wasn't referring to timing boost, I was referring to the voltage booster to run the servo and receiver. Not all 1s ESCs have the voltage booster included. Most, but not all servos (and some receivers) need it.

Yes, the timing boost (if available) must be turned off in all the classes we run.

By the way, Ken, did you find your USGT tires?

Not for this months race, other stuff scheduled that can't be avoided.

As we had no one show up last year for the Saturday nights. If there is interest, there will be Saturday night practice for the remaining races.

I'm looking forward to getting the dust off the F1 car this Sunday! That thing has been sitting on the shelf for too long!

Agreed! That was the most fun ive ever had in onroad . Gonna have to step it up a bit for the next race... Its on now!
