OK, so I'm going to run our point series over the summer a little different than we have in the past. Instead of handing out awards to all classes each series, I'm going to pick only two classes and give out larger awards. Usually a percentage of every entry goes toward race rewards and it's split up over all the classes. With rewards going to only two classes, the awards will be larger for each class. I'll still keep up the points on all the other classes but there won't be awards at the end. In essence, as long as you are running one of the award classes, any other class you run is free!
There will be three series over the spring & summer. Each series will be eight races with your best six counting toward the championship.
Series #2 - USGT & Mini
June 11th, 18th, 25th
July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

A bit of a light turnout but some good racing in every class last night!! The groove came in pretty good with all the practice & qualifying laps.
New track layout with all the dots and curbing worked really well. Except for the "esses", I think the layout was a bit more forgiving because of the dots & curbing. Way less crashing into a solid corners, mostly just bouncing wide off a dot if you shorted a corner.
Andy Crosson in USGT & Jim Hungate in Mini taking round #1 of Wednesday Summer Series #2! Hope to see a few more out next week for round #2!

Was a pretty good night of racing!!
With only two races to go, Jim Hungate increases his lead in Mini to 5 points over Paul Dailey with Rick Young solidly in 3rd. Jeff Braack, Lucas Knutson, Ken Bailey & Ron Cleaveland are separated by 8 point for 4th on back!
In USGT, with a win & TQ, Paul Dailey slices 7 points out of Curtiss Driver's seemingly insurmountable lead. With back-to-back podiums, Drew Quedensley has moved up into the 3rd position, one point ahead of Jim Hungate. Cleaveland, Braack & Bailey are covered by two points, just 8 points out of 3rd! VERY CLOSE!!
Some close racing in TC, F1 & Trans Am as well last night!!
Thanks Guys!! See everyone next week!!

Need some help here. Tamiya f104. Got her all together with the stock 32 pitch spur....put it down..and crunch. Spur is no good anymore. I noticed I had lateral movement in the spur. I built the diff the correct way...any ideas? It's a box stock cheepo kit if that helps
