That is great Darth. With the two I have and the one I sold plus now Darth, that is Four. If Tim runs his 1/8 we will have Five. Its great to see the class growing.

I ordered last night, so it should be here tomorrow. Only thing I didnt get "yet" was tires and foams....since I dont know what works for this track. Anyone got some suggestons for tires and foams???

I am trying some Cityblocks to start with. I would guess Bowties would be another good option. Honestly I am guessing on all of this for tires. As for foams just use whatever comes with the tire. If you want to do some reserch look for tires for a med to loose track with dusty clay and some dirt mixed in.

Ok...see if someone can answer this one. Needing a starting point.

46t spur gear on a RC8.2 FT with a Tekin RX8 esc with a T8 2650KV motor = what would be a good starting point for a pinion??? Once I know that I can grab +1 / -1 either way. Just need a starting point...Im almost done building it, just need 2 boots that I ripped getting them installed and I need a shock shaft tool..

Darth with that much of a motor I would start down around 13 or maybe a 14 tooth pinion. Try the I-Beams for tires that Radio Rogue mentioned. He is more experianced in 1/8 than most of us. Also we have a new thread for the 2013 season. It has the combined oval and offroad. Any 17.5 motor with open tires just need a late model body
