I have another question about the track. What is the condition of the track surface there? Loamy sand clay tacky slick? I know it will be different each time by a little but what is the general race surface like? And will there be a new layout for the track?

After its watered its a pretty good track, as it dris it gets a little loamy in the corners but if you stay on your line it stays real good, traction is great. You love it after you drive on it..... The club does a great job to maintain it during race season.....

Is there a counter or something that I'm supposed to have?
#54
What tires does everyone run?
#55
They have loaners at the track but i sugest getting an anb transponder of your own, there about $100 each but it saves time and you can mount it perminatly in the trk, with the loaners you have to put a hole in the window and use a body clip to hold it in and it needs to be returned to the race director after every heat so others may use it also, so having your own is a good idea.

What about the tires? What do most use there?

yea i think it does have to be a amb type transponder and as far as tires my boys use pro-line calibers and bow-ties and i use the aka cityblocks and enduros on our 2wd mod slash trucks.hope this helps and we are glad to c racing with us this year at the bullet!
