The Nashville R/C racing schedule has been revised so that our club can make a good showing at Beat-the-Heat '09. We will distribute BTH flyers at all our upcoming races and are planning to car pool over.

Where can we find detailed rules for each car class?

We invite the River Racers to come to the Music City Championship on Sunday, September 27th to try to win back their dignity after we take it home in July.

Classes will be ran according to ROAR rules except the VTA and they willl be the USVTA rules with the exception we allow Tamiya black can motors with a 6.85 FDR.

we gave out alot of BTH '09 flyers this weekend and Ive got some ?????? from some racers that plan on attending....

what is the deadline for entry?
any perks for mail in early entry or is it the same as pay the day of?
on the flyer it ask for ROAR#...what is this, the member#?
and if ROAR membership is needed, will it be available the day of the race?

1-when u get there
2-I don't think so. In the past we asked everyone to mail or email their class info if they were pretty sure they were coming. Even if u don't make it, it's a LOT quicker to delete someone from the race than to add all their info.
3-yes, your ROAR number is your member #
4- yes, actually all ROAR affiliated tracks are supposed to have the ROAR membership registrations on site at all races for both 1 day and yearly join.
5- no we (they) don't usually have male dancers at the track on Sat. night, but if you bring enough cold beverages you might get some of the racers to "shake it" on the driver's stand.
