In general you want a motor and esc that is for use in 1/8 vehicles. Castle Mamba Monster, Tekin RX8, Hobbywing 150amp etc. In my opinion those are the brands and products best suited for the task but there are other manufacturers that might do just as well.
What conversion mount or kit are you using or are you making your own? One thing I will warn you about is the stock 14mm wheel hex the Aftershock uses. It's really too small for the power of brushless, the wheel hex will end up spinning inside the wheel stripping both. I stripped the hex on a brushless aftershock in a matter of minutes. Then I glued the hex inside the wheel and proceeded to have the drive pin spin inside the hex(!) within another couple minutes. Upgrade to 17mm (or larger) wheels and hex to prefer this from happening to you.
