The ones that I've seen were with homemade custom diff housings. Basically take a 4 screw diff housing, bolt the two sides together 180 degrees apart so there's a half a pinion support on each side. Now start cutting on it and another set of housings to build the other half of the pinion supports. Keep in mind the original 4 screw holes that you can use to properly locate the pinion supports.

Once done you should have 4 pieces that make up your new diff housing. If done right you will be able to bolt those 4 pieces together and everything will line up right. The only problem will be that they are not strong enough as 4 pieces and really need to be made into a 2 piece housing again with two halves. If your familiar with and have the equipment you can plastic weld them together or you can use an epoxy.

There was a guy on another forum who was in the process of making a 6x6 diff in the style of a FLM hybrid bulkhead and it was going to be aluminum too. This would make a 6x6 Maxx super easy to do and he was going to sell them as well. He made a Delrin or 3d printed prototype but that's as far as he got and that was about 2 years ago. There's just not much demand so plan on making your own if you really want one.

Another option is Revo diff housings. They are split front to back so you can bolt two pinions halves together. You'd then need to figure out how to get them into the Maxx bulkheads though.
