Just installed castle 3800 in my stampede 4x4. I have MIP HD axles going in front and rear. I noticed one of the wheels looks like it is about to round out the hex in the wheel and the hex on the axle. Will aluminum axle hexes solve this or will the wheel just round out?

Yes. What happens with the nylon hexes is they flex (their plastic) and eventually round off, embedding themselves into the wheel. Metal hexes will fix this. Had a beastly e-maxx that was bad about that, so I installed metal hexes, problem solved.

The steel nuts that came with the MIP HD axles seemed to have solved the problem.
