then select "List all conferences",
then select "Offroad Conference",
then select "Item List" and,
look at the #17 thread, which is all Mugen. This is where all the top racers go, plus the Mugen guys like Chad Bradley hang out there and post setups and tips.
The Mugen truggy gets a lot of attention in that forum, plus there are tons of setups from the big boys.
