Default Engine problem with E-maxx Mamba Monster

Hi
I'm new here on the forum but have a question for you. I bought an E-maxx 3908L (Lipo Edition). Unfortunately I only had but trouble with it.

Is there anyone on the forum who know what is wrong with the engine? It does not go as it should. Check out my video here:

(I Cant add a video link due to that this is my first post so... Then I try this...)

Wow, that's a sick puppy. You might say it's cogging without a pinion, then the next hit of throttle, it spins up. I would be tempted to pop the end cap off the motor and take a look inside.
Here's another shortcut. Just copy and paste, the browser should insert the HTTP in front automatically.

With the pinion it doesnt move. There are no force in the engine when it starts doing this. Maybe there is some crap in the engine that creates this "cogging"?

Before it worked OK but after a while this happend and I thought it was a problem with the clutch. The first error I had with the car was a faulty adjusted clutch! So mutch for RTR! I burned down the clutch within a cuple of minutes. Second "problem" was a exploding tire (my own fault, I think). Now this...

I have two other Traxxas products that I NEVER have had any problems with so this is not funny at all. You think you buy a good product and this happens. This car have not drained it first batteries yet...

Contact Castle or Traxxas, they should be able to sort you out.

1st thing I would do is try another battery or make sure the one your using has a full charge. Make sure what your low voltage cutoff is set at. And maybe rebind the radio to the esc. Or call Castle customer service, they will walk you thru everything on the phone. Good luck

Thanks. I will try that since Traxxas is not responding to my supportmail.
