I wish the weather was getting better here! It was almost 60 on Saturday and then back to the 30's on Sunday with snow for two days, it's still snowing! I mean COME ON MAN!! GEEZ!! I have like 8 trucks to play with, it's killing me!

I have to ask, why post a private video on a public forum?

NOTHING wrong with that solo video/drive/tour of the shop/wheelies in the street!!!
Way to go. I saw that you very careful not to tip it over in the turns in the street.
Have you tried a front sway bar to take away a little steering? You may be able to drift it.
Yes,it's a BEAST! Clean one,too!
Pardon me,your ride heigth is a bit high-maybe that's how you like it.
I Like your truck.

Thanks! Its my favorite truck ive ever owned. Ya i know integy is not the greatest but they were the only ones that had red as i could find or some random ones on ebay that i really dont like the look of. Are you running rpm skids over your aluminum skids?

The mailman also brought me my skids and driveshaft extenders. I ordered some more suff like pivot balls etc to have the back done by end of the week! I feel like im missing something though:weird:

Yea, I'm running the rpm skids over the alum. ones and the Traxxas steel brace under the alum.. I understand sticking with your color. But you'll be bending them back straight every wreck. I repeatedly broke stocks and now I'm continuing to take em off to bend them. Every time I tumbersalt the truck or hit something it bends the hell outta em. But atleast there not breaking. I think I'm gonna have to look at t bone racing or fast lane machines for a more durable skid.

Haha thanks. I had the ride height set HIGHER with the shocks mounted in the inner hole. Now they are in the center hole. I didn't know they made a sway bar for the maxx.

OK,what did you do to your monster truck today?

bigbadbasher 03-26-2013 10:21 AM

Sway Bars will NOT reduce steering, who told you that? If they are real sway bars, they prevent roll and create more traction, which is what they are supposed to do.

A Rear Sway Bar will reduce "roll" while turning. The effect is less rear traction and more front steering.
