the revo is just so weak compared to a hpi vorza

Eh, shimmed my diffs in my Emaxx (same as revo diffs) and have never had a problem and I run nothing but 6S.

I'm sure compared to a true 1/8 diff they aren't as strong but otherwise I'm struggling to see what you're getting at. If you're having problems, maybe learn to drive?

DUH ? Six gear 1/8 buggy diffs compared to 4 gear 1/10 diffs ....... Dont tighten down the slipper so its locked , and as Suteki said learn how to drive ......
