Default Is the Revo Stronger/Tougher Than the T-Maxx?

I've read people complaining about breaking their T-Maxx all the time, etc... Is the Revo stronger than the T-Maxx?

Is the T-Maxx really that fragile?

Thanks,
Chase

It can be mine is bullet proof with the purchase of some titanuim things. But I think it is. And it definitely handles better.

Default Previous TMAXX owner here

Yes the REVO is MUCH better than the T-MAXX both in durability and performance. I only had my TMaxx for 3 months and I sold it because it did not perform well and the durability was not that great as well. I had my Revo for 4 months now and I broke 2x due to being a overzealous daredevil heheh. I have ran almost 2 gallons of fuel in it and still runs strong.

look at it this way....they do 40+ miles an hour and are mostly PLASTIC....drive your real vehicle into something solid at 40 MPH and see if it stays together

Default True

Nothing stays together even at 5mph crashes in real cars nowadays as well. Hehehe. Damn plastic/foam bumpers.

Although I don't own any Traxxas stuff, I can tell you from a completely non-biased perspective that the Revo is much more durable than the Tmaxx.

Over the past few years, I've seen Tmaxx owners (many of them close mates) have nothing but problems with their machines, although aftermarket parts seem to make their Tmaxx's somewhat more durable.

Just don't mention the bulkheads!!!

The Revo is pretty decent, it has to be said. But the Tmaxx is tempting in that it's much cheaper to buy than the Revo.

If funds are short, save up and get a Savage 4.6!!
