Okay...that was three.
I was just a little confused.

Ok when i first put it together i forgot to put the shoe spring on, but it started. So i took it apart again and put the shoe spring on and put it back together and it will not start, like its not grabbing the piston because the flywheel spins way too fast and there is no resistance front the piston. And i did install he sleeve. ..but i don't know if or how to make sure i tightened it well..i assume that the snap ring that goes on last would not fit if anything was loose..

Ok. Do this.

Put the truck on the starter box as usual. This time when you attempt to start it pay attention to the clip on the end of the crank.

Does it spin when you atempt to start it?

No? Collet is worn or collet is loose.

Yeah no spin, but the collet is brand new...weird right? If the clip fits on the end of the crank wouldn't that mean everything is tight? If not what is the procedue for tightening that nut so the collet is tight enough?

Sounds like your flywheel is lose, take the motor out take the clutch off and there is a nut right there make sure u tighten it down. Before u start puttin the motor back in grap the flywheel and trun itshould b lose at bdc but get harder to turn as the piston moves up. If u feel that, problem fixed putur motor back in and go play.
