Hello Matt, Does MIP offer any parts for the losi lst XXL or lst2. Thanks

No sorry, we used to have XXT stuff but all of it was discontinued. As for the LST2 we don't have any products in production either :( ... Best of luck

Hey MIP MATT!

I just wanted to say that I recently got 4 MIP/Thorp Hex Drivers and they are the best Hex drivers I have ever seen. Keep up the great work. I'd love to see even more tools like maybe Phillips and flathead and even Nut Drivers.

One small idea/tip/suggestion.
I noticed that you have reference material and spec sheets for your products but you don't happen to have instructions sheets for parts that are listed under a different manufacturer name. Like, I use HPI 80837/80804 Front CVD's made by MIP for my RS4 2. I was originally trying to figure out if the RS4 3 CVDs would work on my car and all this stuff got very confusing...

It would be nice if more parts were listed with the specs(length etc...) so that we can see what may or may not be cross compatible with other cars. Also the Instructions page isnt very easy to navigate. You cant even see the full file name on some of them. All those things would have been very helpful when figuring out what parts i needed to buy.

Anyway Keep making great products!
Curtis

Much appreciated, yes the wrenches are pretty bomb :sneaky: ... We really need to re design our website and that is on our many lists of to dues. Thanks for the idea and keep um comming

Those are actually the same parts as the 11101 kit I had told you about, their just different part #'s for different header cards .... Send a pic of that bent shaft to [email protected]. Let me see whats going on

Matt, would be interested in a specific kit for the new proline protrac kit for the slash/stampede. The proline page lists 2 rustler kits will work but then you have to buy 2 front slash axles as well. Making the total out to be 180 bucks. I'm assuming the standard slash pede 4x4 kits won't work?

Cant really tell much by pictures ill send you pics tho.Really not that big of a deal i have a vice set up and hammer them straight now its the rpm arms flexing that probably causes them to bend. Was just curious to see if you offered any super axles for us abuse drivers.

The 11104 MIP XDuty spline kit will work with the Proline protrac system

No those Xduty axles are about as super as they get besides slapping a rear axle from your real car in the back of that thing hahahahah.

I know they do but you also have to purchase slash specific front axles 10133 which are 15 bucks a piece extra. Maybe I'm just being cheap.

Oh gotcha, yes that would only work for the rear. Since the protract system is so big we're thinking about offering a specific MIP product just for them. Should be out within in next month or two in order to get part numbers out to the different distributors.

I have not had very good luck, and i am not real happy with MIP. I have had 2 sets of your axles for my rustler and they keep breaking in the exact same spot. Right were the pin goes thrue the axle and is captured by the white plastic collar. Thats $80 on broken parts that should have never broke....

Do you have the 8123 kit? How much power are you running? Did you limit your travel? If your wanting alot of travel and running a grip of power you'll want the 11104 kit. This is our xduty kit and its pretty beefy. What happens many time on the traxxaas/stampede 2wd kits is that people are running full travel and when the arms come down the outdrive will catch the CVD and lock it up. When this happens there's still centrifugal force acting on the tire and it will snap or bend something. Hope this helps and if you have any more questions feel free to ask.

I have no idea. Its not breaking the pins or cvd`s, its breaking the pin out of cup. In other words, busting out the holes the pin goes thrue. I guess i feel like maybe you should provide instructions or some kind of warning about that, so people dont waste $80 on them. SO they can do it right the first time.... IM only running 3200KV tacon on 2S in my rustler. Sooo idk whats up...

What kit is it? The Xduty kit or Normal kit? Can you post pictures? If your busting them out of the the cup then its binding somehow when the travel is to drastic. There shouldn't be a problem with the Xdutys since they have a spine drive telescoping design, this is with any sort of droop setting. How old were your kits?
