Default slipper/pad issue! help!

thought i would start a new thread so i can get some help. i just ran my t maxx after i put a lot of new parts on. it was going fine for 3-4 minutes, then my slipper pad broke and the nut came loose. i have the robinson racing spur gear and robinson slipper. i know the slipper wasnt set to tight. its supposed to be a heavy duty pad! what would cause this? luckily i have a extra rrp slipper pad.

Default

well i just got done putting the new slipper pad on. i used some blue loctite on the nut that holds the slipper and spur gear on. the only thing i can think why the slipper pad broke is because when the nut came loose, everything was spinning around like the slipper disc, pad and spur gear. so it probably just got banged around and broke up. i will try again here soon. hopefully with the loctite the nut wont back off.
