Hello all,
Just a quick update....
Tried re-tuning again with the help of everyone, thanks btw, but still not much luck. I can run hard for about 1/2 tank and it will eventually rise to 295 degrees. Keep in mind that's the lower half of the tank and that's in about 50-60 degree weather. I checked the needle screws and o-rings. They seemed fine so I lubed them and reset to my latest tune. I also noticed after sitting for a couple days that my afterrun oil is dripping through the flywheel end of the crank shaft around or through the bearing seal. Just a thought but could I be pulling air through the bearing shield? If I go any richer on the hsn, it loses power and the lsn seems a little rich but it cools down at idle and it starts well.

I think I'm just gonna run the crap out of this one and start fresh soon with a new replacement. I bought this used off ebay...it was supposed to be slightly used...lol. It may have been run slightly but it wasn't maintained quite right.

Thanks for every ones help!!
