That just angers me seeing such a wasteful use of money on objects that are made pointless by their sheer number in the possession of one person.

Hoarding: Some hoarding in humans may be a form of mental illness, specifically obsessive-compulsive disorder, where the perceived importance of the hoarded items far exceeds their true value.

To answer your implied question Artic, I believe this hobbies nature basically encourages hoarding but we should not use that as an excuse to behave as if it's acceptable. Excessive spending and ownership beyond what we can use with some level of regularity should always be avoided.

Yea luckily for me its mostly shells, I just had them out so I took a pic. I have 2 stampedes, a rustler, an AX-10, Df03RA, 2 tt01-e's- and a bunch of boats.. so I'm pretty low end compared to some guys onthis site!

Default lol, RC is very addictive

Ive had to catch myself a few times. There was a few times I noticed I had 9,10 or 11 trucks. Then I sell of a few. I think 5 or 6 is good. 10+ is a bit much. Ive tried to limit my self. I just sold my Stampede 4x4 and Flux. I now have a Hyper 10TT, E Maxx 3905, Stampede VXL, Mini Revo VXL, EXT2, Champ RTF elec. plane and a deep v style brushless Outlaw JR boat.

Maybe it's when you have to start getting rc stuff delivered to you at work, or you hurry home to intercept the mail before your wife gets to it...
