Default Throttle respones?

Just wondering what the problem might be, my throttle respones is bad. I hit the gas and takes a few seconds to respond? What could cause this?

Could be a bad servo, cold solder joint, stripped out gear, stripped out spline, bad RX, dead battery, etc. Trouble shoot it.
