Default Brushless E-Revo sand bash!!!

Used two sets of lipos today as I drove at Falls Lake on the beach. It was awesome! Aside from stripping out the motor mount and scorching my clutch (crispy!), everything went fine. Had it geared for about 42mph and the temps were great. Here's some pics; let me know what you think!

Specs:
Castle 1518 motor
Proline Paddles
Zippy Flightmax 3s 30c 5800 lipos

Despite a loose clutch, I still had trouble with keeping the front end down lol.

Crispified clutch. (new one on left, old one on right) At one point it was billowing smoke and measured over 300 degrees!!! Good thing I had a spare (T-Maxx brake disk).

mambamax1,
Wow, cool pics. Looks like you had some fun, except for the scorched slipper.

So how many hours did it take you to clean up your EREvo afterwards?

Thanks! I actually had my father drive the truck towards me (scary since he was the driver!!!, he still gets left/right mixed up lol) and I took the pics.

Thanks! What cleanup? I'll just run it in grass and jump it to shake the sand out. Shoot, I used the sand to sand blast the dried mud that was on it!

Thanks! Sadly, no video. Just took a camera with me that day. When I go next I do plan on making a vid.

Me too! Awesome thing is the biggest rooster tails were only at 3/4 throttle. My driver didn't like to go very fast.
