Default Will a T maxx chassis work on an E maxx?

Keep breaking the front tabs on my 3906 chassis. Thinking of going alum. Do the t maxx chassis work on the e maxxs?
Thanks!

Believe you'll have probs with mounting the trans. This is what I did instead -

They used to make a kit for the 3906, but its no longer listed, might email and ask them if you can still get one. This would be longer wheelbase and you'd need the longer center drives.
