Default battery conversion?

i got some 6v 5 cell hump back battery packs. what all do i need to install them in my t maxx? and i need a connector to hook up to the battery to my charger. i think i need an adapter like this to charge- http://cgi.ebay.com/Dynamite-Tamiya-...item2c59ff5402

I took a connector off an old servo and soldered it to my homemade 6v 2450mah humppacks wires and snapped it into place on the battery holder box top recharger port hole...traxxas makes one that has the plug connected direct to the on/off switch..........Im pretty sure the one you show will work too.......Good luck.......Peace

ok, i'll have to look into the traxxas one. the one i posted above is to hook up to the batteries to charge them. now i need one to hook up the battery pack to the 0n/off switch.

I use something like this - it replaces the switch and has a charging lead so you don't have to take the batt out of batt box anymore. You just turn switch off and its ready to charge.

ok, yea that looks like it would work. i just looked on ebay and found that switch harness for $4.99 shipped! i think i will go with that.thanks.

i hope i can charge the battery with the charging port on top of the battery box.
i got a good deal off a guy from here on 3 batteries. they are each 6v 5 cell hump back packs. one is a traxxas 1100 mah pack, and a venom 1600 mah pack and a reedy 1600 mah pack. all 3 shipped for $20! thanks man!
