I recently put titanium integy skid plates on my custom FLM maxx because the blingy cnc'd FLM skids bent to sh*t just looking at them cross-eyed. Does that make my truck less worthy than yours?

I would just like to add that I have also replied to this guys threads from the very get go telling him to just add to the MT pics thread that we already have. He has apologized twice for doing that, but still does this. I see it as spamming for the most part if he keeps posting a new thread for each pic he wants to put out there.

But let's be honest here, the second you add paper thin tires to any truck, it is no longer a truck by any means. It is just a funny looking car.

That goes to all you guys with Truggies and guys who run those "race tires" on your MT. While I am on my rant, I would also like to shout out to the MT guys to rip that stupid wing off if you want to call it an MT. Wings are for buggies, not MT's.

wow, its crazy how a HOBBY that doesnt involve racing, still has so many rules as to what you can and cant do with the vehicle you own.

So by the theories here... does it mean if you put a CAR body on a MT..that its not really a MT anymore? Because in the real world, there are car bodied MT's.

Haha, nah. Those are just my ideas of what a MT should be. I honestly wish we were still racing MT as mainstream as we had back before Truggies took over. Life was good back then. Oh well, can't win them all, right? That is why I race short course truck, because MT just went downhill and makes me sick anymore when you can find a track that has the MT class still.

Can have your opinion just like anyone else, but If nobody took a certain rc vehicle, and changed it around into something different, then we would still have the same ol rc's from the 60's. Thats what this HOBBY is all about.

For those of us that arent paid to race, and dont have contracts to uphold.. taking something and changing it to our liking is what were usually in the hobby for.

Yes I do agree with most that he does spam and that Integy blows but the Blast wheels are fine. Did you ever think maybe he was doing speed runs? Try going fast with big joes or badlands....

I dont mind blast wheels for speed runs (I am sure most bashers have a set of street wheels) but that does not mean that the owner does not own MT wheels or truggy wheels for the truck for bash time.

That is all very true stuff. You are absolutely right. It just pains me to see MT's with buggy wings on them for racing.
