Default Project PiccoMAXX

Well i got sick of the crappy 3.3 powerplant in my 4908 t-maxx, so i decided i was either going to sell it or overhaul it, i couldnt find anything i really liked that i would buy if i sold it so i decided to overhaul the t-maxx. First i started looking at new engines for it since the 3.3 was just not doing it for me anymore, i really am a fan of picco engines so it was down to the os .18tm or the picco .26 max JL Red dot, so i bought a new JL Red dot. Then i decided i wanted to change the way it looks so i ordered some red maximizer 14mm (ditching the 17mm hubs) beadlocks. I then ordered the OFNA motor mount for the new picco and also ordered new 3.2" Badlands for the new tires. Also i will be switching to 4 buggy/truggy shocks and springs. The Engine came last week and the badlands and engine mount will be here monday (Tomorrow). But as far as the maximizers go i have no idea, i ordered them on wednesday and i still havent recieved a message or anything saying they have been shipped..

But here are some pics of how the t-maxx sits as of now awaiting all of its goodies.

And the Red dot of course

More pics to come when i get this build on the road hopefully tomorrow...

The TMAXX is a good truck. Post a vid when you get a chance.
