awesome!
does the Picco JLR .28 team engine fit right in the revo? ive seen a pic of someone that runs that engine and it didnt look like it was a different motor mount than the original revo mount.

and is the .26 max JL Reddot engine the best racing engine for the revo?

the .26 i know will and the .28 i know wont. inorder for you to put the .28 in it you will need the bigblock chassis

the red dot is one of the best choices. It is light, revs high, and only needs a different mount to fit in the revo. A picco .28 will need a BB kit to fit, and is way to much motor for a revo.

The red dot is to much power for a revo, you need to buy a bigblock truck like a lst, savage, mgt. You need something desighned for that much power, i put a .32 in my maxx and didnt break one thing, i was one of the few cause i only ran it a 1/2 throttle i tried full one time and broke the forward only shaft in the transthats power

"big block to much for a revo"......it depends where and how you drive.....if all you do is big jumps and run in a small area a 18tz will be fine......if you run in parking lots and large flat dirt feilds (like me) BB are lots of fun. and you can never have to much power

I'm currently running an Axial .28 with an 086 pipe on Sidewinder 30%. After installing the pipe and new gaskets the engine runs like a bat ou tta hell, but I'm noticing high temps :/ Gonna have to seal up the whole carb with silicon and tear it down and reseal it.

I'll be getting an LRP most likley and having it modded over winter along with some carbon parts (but thats a diff topic)

I would think a stout modified .21 like a JPX 21 would be a killer engine in a Revo... To make the most of it you would need to run a side pipe like a JP4 or a 086, but the engine would flat out rip in a revo... IMO a race .21 would suit the Revo more then a .28
