Default Hpi Savage hump pack help

what hump packs do you guys use ? i have a 1200 hpi hump and it seems to get weak after 3 full runs on a full tank of fuel . i also have oversize tires.
and info would be great

That hump pack should last longer than that. What servos are you using? How are you charging the hump pack? Does your charger show you the Mah going into the battery?

im running the losi 1400 right now but i am going to put the losi lipo and regulater in it during the off season i am running a aftermarket reciever box so i can put just about whatever i want in it

I'm running a 1400 hump pac made with matched IB cells and it goes much longer than that. I used to run the hpi hump pacs but had too many cells go bad - they are made with cheap generic chinese cells. I had 3 pacs go bad in less than a yrs use. I was pulling them apart and fixing them, but still had a pac made from cheap chinese cells, another cell would just go bad bringing the pac down again.

You've prob got a bad cell in the pac. Does one cell seem to get hotter than the others when you charge it?

Ofna makes a nice 1700 mAh hump pack, part # OFN10202 and Orion makes a 1600 mAh hump, part # ORI12227.
