Default T Maxx won't shift! Help!!!

My T Maxx Pro .15 refuses to shift after I converted the tranny to forward only. I checked the slipper clutch, the tuning, and the adjustment screws. What the heck is wrong with my T Maxx? I give it throttle, and it takes off, going faster and faster, the motor becoming more high pitched as I accelerate, until it eventually stalls. No shift.

All parts in the tranny are accounted for, and it is not running too rich.
