Default Using brushless on Clodbuster?

Can you use 2 brushless motors on a clodbuster? And if not do you just leave the front motor on and remove the pinion so dirt doesn't get inside gearbox or does an aftermarket company make some kind of motor backing plate to cover the hole the front motor connects to the gearbox? And I gather I would have to change my gears any suggestions on where I can get some metal gears for the clod? Thanks!

You may want to PM drperry. His sig shows that he has a dual brushless Clod. In one of his posts he recommends going to http://clodtalk.com for great info on Clodbusters.

You can run dual brushless motors in a clodbuster no problem. However, they must both have their own esc, and be sensorless so the rotation of the rear motor can be reversed. All you need to do is hook the speedos up to a Y harness that will plug into the throttle channel on your rx.
