Thumbs up lst2 diff. fluid???

ok i know this is a repeat but i need to know quick so i can get back in the dirt. the other day i was bashing at these really great dirt piles. and messed up going off about a 5 foot jump.anyway the darn thing landed right on its lid, twice. so then i notice that my trucks spinning out when i just bearly touch the gas. so then upon further inspection i see the front wheels arent spinning. so i decide i need to do some more in-depth inspection at home in my garage. so i pack up and head home. today i took apart the front end a noticed that inside the diff on the right side i had broke the little pinion coupler pin and there for it wasnt engaging the right drive line when the center driveline spun the front diff. so i now need a new pin, and also decide that while i have it apart this would be a good time to change the fluids in the diffs. anyway my question is whats a good combo for the diff. fluids, front, middle, rear, i have 5,7,2 in my 8ight but thought i might need to go w/ a heavier weight for my monster truck. so thats it. any info. will be serously considered and appreciated. thanx, clay unruh

I've been running 30K front / 10K rear with good success. I've seen race setups ranging from (f)10K/(r)3K to (f)50K/(r)20K (muggified setup).

we've also ran 30f and 10r on my sons lst2, no problems all season and no pins broke as of yet.. as brent said he replaced the pins with Ti drill bits and he had no problems..he knows what he's talking about, but we'll get him next year...
