Default Custom Build

Well I have built countless TC cars and well, I want a truck. BUT I want an all out basher, but it must be extremely strong. So I've decided to build one myself (all aluminum/billet). My question is what would be a good platform to start with?? It must be electric. Any suggestions??

If it were me i would have to say an E-savage because the regular savage is pretty darn durable as for aluminum is more for the show its actually only good on certain applications such as bulkheads and chassis braces, diff cups. plastic and nylon have quite a bit a reflex to them. aluminum bends only once and it stays that way and youve wasted the dough.

I agree on the aluminum comment, certain aluminum parts are just not practical. I was looking at the E-savage, and the TXT-1 both look good. I actually want to build an electric grave digger that is able to take some real punishment. Any suggestions on engines, batts??? Thanks.

Novak makes a killer setup for the electric monsters. Batteries are soley up to you the more mah the POWER! Id go with some 4300 lipos! make it a rocket! Ive also heard alot about the mamba max system that hauls but never heard of one in a MT.

Lipos sound like a great idea, do you think a brushless system will do? I think I would have to run a dual set-up! Damn that's costly!
