What truck/motor do you have? Have you only adjusted the HS needle? Does the truck idle ok? Try to give a more descriptive post as it will make it easier for people to help you.

I have a T-maxx 3.3 I had my friend try and help me we both fairly new to this. I adjust the idle and the high speed it idle fine stays running just when I hit the throttle it has the hesitation and won't shift into 2nd gear.

First work out how many turns your LS needle is set at. Now try turning it out half a turn, because if this needle is to lean the engine will bog down on acceleration as it is not getting enough fuel. If this makes it worse set back to the original setting then try going in quater of a turn, because if the engine is getting to much fuel on acceleration it will cause the engine to flood and bog down.

How many turns do you have the HS needle set at?? Also have you replaced the glow plug since run in?
