What does the Sand Scorcher have to do with it?

Actually, it is fun to "crawl" with it or drive it in a scale type fashion, with the lower gear set or a slower motor, and it is a "scaler".

I'm Ed and I too have an addiction...

Losi MRC Pro. Would be very interested in some indoor crawling.

Pretty new to crawling.... Like a week. My buddy let me drive his axial a few weekends ago and I was hooked.

Spent Saturday moving some rocks.

Welcome to the dark side!

I also recently built my 2012 1.9 comp rig. Not sure where your located but there looks like we will be building an indoor 1.9 coarse this winter in a heated garage in the Duluth area. There is a small coarse that is set up during the winter months at the mermaid somewhere by Minneapolis during the pulling events. I could get you more information if needed. Well here's my 1.9.

Also if your interested there is a scaler event coming up october 30 in Taylor falls. No competition. Just a bunch of grown men and small children playing with toy trucks. Anything from scalers to 1.9 and 2.2. Here's a link for more information.

You'll find me lurking in this area quit often. Events and alot of bs'n goes on here. Its a better spot to get information on events and gtg in the area. See ya on the rocks!

FYI Billy, they didn't do any crawling at the Mermaid last year, and it didn't sound like they were going to this year either.

Nice truck btw.

Ah... I thought I saw pictures posted last winter with a small coarse. Oh well, another reason to build one.

For those interested in solid axle monster truck racing, check out MMRC's (Minnesota Monsters of RC) facebook page...

http://www.facebook.com/MNMonstersofRC

Our first couple of events have been low key, as we try to iron out any bugs. We're racing HPI Wheely Kings, which are cheap to get into, and easy to modify, but other solid axle trucks (Clods, TXT's, etc) are welcome as well!

Feel free to post on the Facebook page if you have any questions, or PM me here.

I tried that rccrawler website. Tried getting posts to get on classifieds and other stuff ( 30+ posts ). No luck on that happening. I'm done with that site.

I'd be interested in getting some MT racing going.

I just found the MT FB page! Sweet!
