Guys,
I got the call from our landlord,
I have been prepared to make this announcement now for a few days.
To ensure we are complaint with our lease and the Governor's executive orders of limiting gatherings of people, we will have to cancel our season ending Neighborhood Nationals Race.
For those that made travel arrangements you have ample time to cancel those plans, I spoke with the main hotel we have used this year and their policy is a 72 hour notice to cancel
Its tough.. we have used the success of this popular race to ensure the start up of the following season was secure.
At this time i understand some folks are wary of even small gatherings, i completely respect all of your various views and opinions.
as i write ..
we plan to be open this weekend, and next weekend,
our average this year has been far below 50 people,
if there are any changes I will let you all know as soon as possible.
I know guys have some items in there, we still have a few of our GT 12 motors that are not turned in ( wont put you on blast yet ) but please connect with me to coordinate or confirm getting those back in.
We still have to clean and prep the track for turn in as well at the end of the lease.

Can we pick the classes we are going to run this year and try and stick to them? It sucks trying to buy a car for every class in creation because from week to week you never know what's going to be run. My suggestion would be to run...

While the mandates are in place, we will have to have masks on in the building We may have to monitor max number of people in the building depending on state regulations for % of Capacity
We have designated " Core " or Anchor Classes, which expect will be run every club race and special events
We have additional classes , that depending on interest can be added to the special events or even be brought up to the level of and "Core Class"
