17.5 sounds good. I can run some qualifiers and a main.

We got you covered. Because of the economic situation and to increase attendance, any 13.5 motor is welcome until then. We have a couple pre-ROAR LRP motors that we will gladly loan out. A tad slower than the Duo, but can still put on a pass in the right hands.

Don't forget the new ROAR weight of 865 grams. Chester actually had to add weight in NY to his CFX Phoenix.

First run with the Xray got me a 10.9 in only my 6th lap. I ran 3 11's in a row and tightened my line a touch and finally got in the 10's. This was my first time under the 11 second mark with this layout. I was very happy with the performance.

17.5 seems to be the best class for 12th at this time, since only Chester is running 10.5 and no one I know is running 13.5 12th. So running 13.5 would not help anyone at this time.

I am looking to go to this race. I am going to see about flights. What is the closest airport to the track and how far is the track. Also what motors are the 12 scale. That is what I will be running. Thanks

I think the closest is Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Virginia. It's about 30 min from the track. There are two 1/12 classes for this race, 17.5 stock and 10.5 "Pro". Any ROAR legal brushless is legal to run. Most run the Trinity Duo or Pulse motors in 17.5, for 10.5 it's a mix of Duo/Pulse, Hacker, Novak and LRP.
