Level 1: $20 all day (non race days - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday)
Level 2: Monthly subscription (terms and conditions are unknown)
It would be nice if a third level/option was available to better accomodate the racers that are interested in half day practice. The all or nothing approach has its advantages and its short comings.
On a side note: I'm building my 2wd buggy now. I'll see you guys on race day!!
Damn Bill, for once I must agree with you it's killing me to do so.I must tell ya. But it's all good.

Ok this has been killing me for awhile now. I in no way speak for Mimi on this, but I am going to vent a little.
Here price structure has been the same for as long as I can remember. It used to be $15 to practice anytime. If you raced then you paid the race fee and you could practice before the race and than the monthly membership, which I honestly don't know what it cost as I never did it. Now with all the money she spent to give us the best indoor dirt track on the east coast, we all have to figure that the price to practice and race is going to go up a little. None of us know exactly how much $ Mimi put into this, but I can assure everyone this, that if this doesn't work we will loose the track all together. I understand that to some people $20 is alot, but we all know this is not a real cheap hobby. Yes, money is tight for everyone, I know it is for me. I also know that some people don't live real close, I'm 2 hours away, so it costs me a bunch to come practice/race, $20 to practice and about $40 in gas for the trip up and back plus any parts I break.
If you still don't know what the prices are, just call the shop, I'm sure you will get the answer and if it's too much maybe you need another hobby. Just please quit whining about the $ is takes to do this. I also realize that some people are going to think I'm an a**hole for posting this, but really I don't care, just tired of seeing all the whining about prices.
Ok I'm done. I'll see you all on the 12th bright and early for practice for Saturday.

Practice time on race day, before the races start, is part of the racing fee. So if you race you do get quite a bit of practice time as well.
Just a thought. It worked for me.

paying for practice
I have talked it over with stokes, and being the nice, rich guy he is, he has volunteered to pay for anyone who wants to practice at the track. He has his stack of $3 and $7 bills ready. Plus, I heard he has a stack of credit cards he is willing to use (interestingly, none of them have his name on them, but what can you do.)
There is now no more reason to ask about pricing. Stokes has it covered.
In terms of practicing on a budget and racing, wednesday or saturday are the best, because you have hours of included practice before the race.

The monthly membership fee, which includes unlimited practice is $120 per month, please confirm this cost with Mimi. I'm just posting this for information.
Race day fees still apply.
Again, this is the fee I heard, Mimi has final say.

Thanks for the 411 Ron!! I also heard about the monthly membership from a fellow racer. You guys had a great/big turnout this past Wednesday. When did the program wrap up in the evening? I have 2 little ones at home and my wife will insist I get home at a reasonable time.

Usually we are done by 10pm...however, we are still working out the flow. We had a printer issue that slowed us up last Wednesday, so that was an anomaly (we didn't finish the last main till 10:45ish...).
You know how it goes...the less time spent calling for marshals the faster the racing program goes. With that said, we did real good with the marshal's last Wednesday.
