at least my phone isnt ringing.

my stuff always looked the slowest in 1/12th mod, but for some reason I would always be in the top 3.

my goal is make sure Russo and my fellow italians remain the quickest on road guy around, kinda like our beloved Ferrari.

I concur. Hence, it's an option to go brushless.

Although, I remember reading a post you made about buying $200 worth of Johnson motors to be competitive in the Tamiya classes. I think you were replying to Toby at the time. Good ole' days. Man I miss my Mini Cooper!

And I remember you complaining that your motor was slow, so I guess the solution is to go brushless or perhaps faster. Why dont we run the motor limit like TCS. The rules are already built why are we changing and yes it only an option. But it is not at a TCS Race and we have 3 TCS races on the east coast.
This might be a good place to practice for that race.

All this on-road talk is annoying, i'm ready to put some laps in.

Aldo hurry up, put Santos to work he just sits around talking doing nothing.

It would be great to run solely based on the TCS rules, but we don't have the equipment and resources to govern and inspect these specifications. I'm hoping it will be based on the honor system and gentlemen's agreement. We are not going to stop or discourage anyone from running Johnson motors. Especially those wanting to practice for the regional TCS races. But we have to be open minded and support those that just want to come out and have fun. Drivers that do not want to spend countless hours and hundreds of dollars breaking in brushed motors to have a chance at a decent ranking.

We know you're fast AJ, with or without a brushed motor. Sheez, you're fast with only one hand on the remote...lol

TT01 Rules

So basically with TT01 the only mods can be Bearings and prop shaft?

We can run the stock ESC with the brushed motor OR we can run any ESC(blinky) with a 21.5T brushless?

Spec sweep tires, and any radio/servo/2S battery combo?

What if you guys rotated every other Saturday with the oval guys. At least give us a chance. I honestly don't see a great turnout happening on a week night. If you plan to run year round this would make sense.
