Default Micro SCT Problems

So I bought a Losi Micro SCT and the first night I took it outside and got some sand in it and I thought Okay so just don't drive it outside. I took it to the shop and learned how to fix the problem. Last night I drove it around the house and it had a similar problem but this time it was dust and hair. Even though I know how to fix the problem (which is sorta time consuming) I would like to know if they're any hop ups and upgrades I can get or make to prevent the problem in the first place.

I would also like to know if there are any upgrades or parts from other vehicles I can buy to upgrade my car

It's in the spur and pinion area most of the time

Im having similar issues. hair and junk caught around my axles causing the truck to pull in one direction. And because one side is held up it doesnt want to drift or or slide in a controlled manner any more. I though i fixt it but it is still doing it.

No solution for the car...in my case I simply take the time to mop and broom the floor clean from these hairs and microdirts before I play.
