I purchased my tek18x yesterday as well, cant wait to get it in and get one of my trucks converted.

Just received my new body Mike - awesome work! I can't wait to get it painted and fitted to the R18!

Does the Tek18 gear cover fit the R18 conversion kit?

how is the battery fitment compared to the tek18 conversion?

Can someone list saddle packs that work in the new exotek x.

The Max Amps 1720mah 7.4v saddle pack will fit the Tek18X.

Any other packs?

Sparkplug- Saddle pack configured NIMH 2/3a's or
batteries up to 53x32mm for each side. Sorry not more detailed choices but with some browsing the dimensions i noted should help you with your choices.

Alex destroyed the field last night! tq & win by a whole lot!!!

these parts are a must. the steering blocks smooth the car out making it less twitchy and the caster blocks give it tons of high speed steering.

By the way- the MXT mini-t chassis is back in stock.

Good choice moving it down to $30 for the MXT.

Its a nice chassis, but I won't end up getting one-make one that accepts stick packs and I'm sold at $50
