If you are new to the hobby/RC Racing then I recommend that you learn how to drive what you have well before trying to make it faster. Faster doesn't mean more fun. Faster means breaking more and crashing a lot if you are unable to handle more power.

If you have the RTR version of the 1RC Late Model, it already comes with a 8700kv motor, so a bigger battery/motor will increase speed. You can also try checking out the manufactures website for option parts and you may find bigger motors.

Late Model Option Parts.

Best of luck and have fun.

There is a lot of things one can do to make these little cars faster. 1RC offers a bunch of upgrades including motors.
You can also go with lipo batteries. Also, check out the instruction manual for esc settings.
