Open classes are open to any body, hard or Lexan.
I have a few lexan bodies, but have found I'm faster with the extra weight of the hard bodies. My Jomu's with lexan wings and roofs come in between 24.5 and 26g and my Lexan bodies are atleast 5g lighter. The extra weight seems to help me roll the corners better, and protect the servo, as I'm a wall rider!😜
it's probably me and my lack of setup experience at the scale with lexan bodies, as they're super fast and responsive with a lexan!

black cap is 50T, but performance are very far away than PN50T (on my club with a 8s track there is .6s gap, easily comparable with Lipo 2500kV) so i think it's closer to the PN70T rather than PN50T, but never tried the 70t, just the black cap and the PN50T, But with the PN, if the car isn't set up perfectly (ball differential and disc dampers), it's uncontrollable

I do think on the Mini96 the 50T motors can run with the 5500kv competitively, for me I just like the feel of Brushless after making the switch.
