Post Axial Yeti Jr. 1/18 Can-Am

Any thoughts on this guys? Nice price at $150 with a lot of the same features as the 1./0 Yeti. I just picked up my first rock racer (the Rock Rey) and love this class. This could be fun in between crawling and bashing vehicle.

Would love to hear your thoughts! Would you buy this?

No. I might have been interested if had independent rear suspension. I'm really confused as to why they put live axle on it, unless the just wanted to repurpose a chassis.

besides having a solid axle I think it's neat.

I don't know either except for the fact that it plays of the Yeti, which also has a solid axle. I wonder how it will translate to something of this size, with the fear that it will follow suit in alot of the issues you see with its bigger counterpart.

Well, figured it’s been couple years since I’ve bought an 1/18. Always had the 1/18 truck on my list. But never got around to it.

2 body pins and body tilts. It is not lipo capable according to Axial.

Thanks for the videos BK. I'm curious how many runs you can get in on it before somethings breaks or goes out.

I picked one of these up and it's a blast. Eventually I'll remember to not turn at full speed on the pavement and roll it lol.

Yeah, it’s a bit tricky on pavement. Couple parking lots I usually run it wants to roll constantly. But on a slick pavement it’s getting better.

So I finally had to chance to take my Yeti Jr out and play around in some dirt and not concrete and man is it so much more fun. No traction rolling or anything like that, this little guy was meant for dirt!
