i'm don randolph and i've just got wind of this site ..i was on a trek and found a place that the city might not get mad if r/c cars ran on it.. it's off marginal way/under spokane street bridge. i know that you've must have seen this paved parking lot just 200 + ft from the stop light.. i so wanna bring some rakes,shovels and start making a track.. just not far from this lot is a skate board park that the mayor knows about, it's under hwy 99 with a seahawk 12th painted on the side.. all of the materials are donated from home depot etc.. the city provides nothing,so somebody must bring some water to groom the track etc..let me know if your interested..
